All patients are to collect acute prescriptions at the Surgery. Prescriptions ordered before 1pm will be available at 5pm. Prescriptions ordered after this time will be available the following day.
The Practice does not fax or post prescriptions. Repeat prescriptions can be collected at the Surgery giving 72 hours notice. Banbridge Pharmacies have a collection service.
Patients will be asked to sign for and collect their controlled drugs at the Surgery.
Repeat prescriptions can be ordered by telephoning the dedicated line on(028 40662500).
PLEASE NOTE the Surgery is currently receiving a large number of requests for repeat prescriptions.
UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE PLEASE ALLOW 72 HOURS FOR YOUR PRESCRIPTION TO BE PROCESSED.

If you are ordering medicines not on repeat a request will be forwarded to the Doctor but patients need to check with the Practice if a prescription has been issued.
Please order your prescription in good time if you live outside the area as it may take up to one week for your prescription to reach your chosen Pharmacy.
Please allow 48 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, for your request to be processed. Any problems please telephone the surgery.
