If they seem very unwell, are getting worse or you think there's something seriously wrong, call 999.

All patients are to collect acute prescriptions at the Surgery. Prescriptions ordered before 1pm will be available at 5pm. Prescriptions ordered after this time will be available the following day.
The Practice does not fax or post prescriptions. Repeat prescriptions can be collected at the Surgery giving 72 hours notice. Banbridge Pharmacies have a collection service.
Patients will be asked to sign for and collect their controlled drugs at the Surgery.
Repeat prescriptions can be ordered by telephoning the dedicated line (028 40662500) between the hours of 9am-1pm Monday to Friday or calling at Reception.
Requests should be made at least 48 hours in advance, during public holidays it would be especially helpful if 72 hours notice could be given.

If you are ordering medicines not on repeat a request will be forwarded to the Doctor but patients need to check with the Practice if a prescription has been issued.
Please order your prescription in good time if you live outside the area as it may take up to one week for your prescription to reach your chosen Pharmacy.
Please allow 48 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, for your request to be processed. Any problems please telephone the surgery.
