Requests for house calls can be made by phoning or calling at the surgery. House calls place an additional burden on the working day, and we would be grateful if our patients would use this service wisely.
We would appreciate it if requests for house calls could be made before 12.00pm.
If you can come to the surgery but feel too unwell to wait in the waiting room let one of the reception staff know and they will endeavour to get you seen as a matter of priority.
If you feel a request for a house call is urgent and a patient needs seen immediately, please again make a member of the reception staff aware of this. They will either relay the message to the doctor instantly, or let you talk to the doctor directly.
